The Department for Transport (Fees) Order 2009

Coming into force in accordance with Article 1

The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 102(3) and (4) of the Finance (No.2) Act 1987 M1 .

In accordance with section 102(5) of that Act, a draft of this Order was laid before the House of Commons and approved by a resolution of that House.
