The Secretary of State for Health makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 1(1) of Schedule 5 to the National Health Service Act 20061.
The Treasury has consented to the making of this Order as required by paragraph 1(7) of Schedule 5 to that Act.
