Amendment of regulation 75

4.  In regulation 75 (specified amount of a Class 1A contribution)—

(a) in paragraph (6) for “paragraph 26(1) of Schedule 4” substitute “ Schedule 36 to the Finance Act 2008 M1 (information and inspection powers) ”; and

(b) in paragraph (7) for “paragraph 26” substitute “ paragraph 26A ”.
