90.  In Schedule 5 to the Land Registry Rules(1) in the entry in the first column relating to a person authorised to apply by the Commissioners for Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs for “a General/Special Commissioner” substitute “the First-tier Tribunal or, where determined by or under Tribunal Procedure Rules, the Upper Tribunal”.
