Coming into force
The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by paragraph 16(2) of Schedule 8 to the Courts and Legal Services Act 19901.
In accordance with paragraph 16(3) of that Schedule, he has consulted the Council for Licensed Conveyancers before making this Order.
