7. In the Ionising Radiation (Medical Exposure) Regulations 2000(1), in regulation 2 (interpretation), in paragraph (1), in the definition of “appropriate authority” for “Commission for Healthcare, Audit and Inspection established under section 41 of the Health and Social Care (Community Health and Standards) Act 2003” substitute “Care Quality Commission established under section 1 of the Health and Social Care Act 2008”.
