14. In regulation 1 of the Health and Social Care Information Centre Regulations 2005(1) (citation, commencement, application and interpretation), in paragraph (3), in the definition of “health service body”—
(a)omit paragraphs (d) and (e);
(b)at the end of paragraph (l) omit “and”; and
(c)after paragraph (m) add—
“and
(n)the Care Quality Commission;”.
