PART 1 Introduction

Citation, commencement, application and interpretation

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the National Health Service (Pharmaceutical Services) (Appliances) (Amendment) Regulations 2009 and come into force on 1st April 2010.

(2) These Regulations apply in relation to England.

(3) In these Regulations, the “principal Regulations” means the National Health Service (Pharmaceutical Services) Regulations 2005(1).
