Provisions coming into force in the specified areas for the specified period3.
The following provisions of the Act will come into force in relation to the areas specified in article 4 for the period specified in article 5—
(a)
section 28 (application of polygraph condition); and
(b)
section 29 (effect of polygraph condition).
