1.  This Order may be cited as the Banking Act 2009 (Parts 2 and 3 Consequential Amendments) Order 2009 and comes into force on 21st February 2009.

Interpretation U.K.

2.  In this Order—

“the 2009 Act” means the Banking Act 2009.
