This Order may be cited as the Legislative and Regulatory Reform (Regulatory Functions) (Amendment) Order 2009 and comes into force five days after the day on which it is made.

In this Order, “the 2007 Order” means the Legislative and Regulatory Reform (Regulatory Functions) Order 20072.
