7.  In Schedule 9(1)—

(a) at the beginning of the list of government departments insert—

“1WA.   The Department for Business, Innovation and Skills.”,

(b) omit paragraph 1XA (Department for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform), and

(c) omit paragraph 3A (Department for Innovation, Universities and Skills).

Schedule 9 was amended by S.I. 2007/3224, Sched. Other amendments have been made to Schedule 9 which are not relevant to this Order.
