These Regulations replace references to “Divisional veterinary manager” with references to “the Secretary of State” in—
(a)the Products of Animal Origin (Import and Export) Regulations 1996
(b)the Foot-and-Mouth Disease (Control of Vaccination) (England) Regulations 2006
(c)the Avian Influenza (Preventive Measures) (England) Regulations 2006
(d)the Avian Influenza (Vaccination) (England) Regulations 2006
(e)the Bluetongue Regulations 2008
