30.  In the following provisions of the Act, for “National Assembly for Wales” substitute “Welsh Ministers”—

(a) section 21(6)(d) and (10)(c),

(b) section 45(7)(b) and (e), and

(c) paragraphs 1(10)(g), 1(11)(b) and 7(6)(c) of Schedule 4.
