Section 32(1) and (3) of the 1988 Act3 shall have effect in relation to proceedings before the Court Martial Appeal Court subject to the modifications for which paragraph 8(2)(a) of Schedule 13 to that Act4 provides, and to the modification specified in paragraph (2).

Section 32(1) of the 1988 Act shall have effect as if for the words “to which subsection (1A) below applies” there were substituted “before the Court Martial Appeal Court”.
