Commencement2.

The following provisions of the Parliamentary Standards Act 2009 shall come into force on 12th October 2009—

(a)

section 1 (Bill of Rights);

(b)

section 2 (House of Lords);

(c)

section 3(1) and (2) (Independent Parliamentary Standards Authority etc);

(d)

paragraphs 9 to 16 and 19 to 29 of Schedule 1 (Independent Parliamentary Standards Authority).
