10.  In regulation 9(1) (registration of an SE formed as the subsidiary of an SE in accordance with Article 3(2))—

(a) for “Form SE9(1)” substitute “Form SE FM05”;

(b) omit “, and, if applicable, Form SE(SR),”;

(c) for “each Form” substitute “that Form”.
