24. In regulation 8 of the Registrar of Companies and Applications for Striking Off Regulations 2009(1) (permitted characters and symbols for names and addresses in documents delivered to the registrar), in paragraph (2), after sub-paragraph (j) insert—
“(k)a contract for the formation of a European Economic Interest Grouping;
(l)an amendment to such a contract.”
