1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Political Parties and Elections Act 2009 (Commencement No.1 and Transitional Provisions) Order 2009.
(2) In this Order,
(a)“the Act” means the Political Parties and Elections Act 2009;
(b)“the 1983 Act” means the Representation of the People Act 1983(1).
