28. Constitution package

| The certificate of incorporation where issued on incorporation, a change of name or re-registration. |

| The statement of capital contained in the most recent annual return, or, where no annual return has been delivered, the statement of capital required by section 10 of the 2006 Act. |

Sections 108, 555, 619, 621, 625, 627, 644, 649, 663, 689, 708 and 730. For the purposes of this paragraph an “existing company” is a company to which section 28 of the 2006 Act applies and a “statement of capital” is one delivered to the registrar under any of the provisions listed in respect of statements of capital above. |
