The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 26 of, and paragraphs 1A(1) and 2A(1)(c) of Schedule 3 to, the Access to Justice Act 19991, makes the following Regulations.
A draft of this instrument has been laid before and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
