72. In Part 2 of the Insolvency Act 1986 (administration), in paragraph 111(1A) of Schedule B1 M1 (meaning of “company”), for paragraph (a) substitute—U.K.
“(a)a company registered under the Companies Act 2006 in England and Wales or Scotland,”.
