(disposal of land at direction of Secretary of State: meaning of “subsidiary”), for “section 736(1) of the Companies Act 1985” substitute “
section 1159 of the Companies Act 2006

In section 100 (land held by public bodies: interpretation), in the definition of “wholly-owned subsidiary”—
