The Pension Schemes Act 1993 is amended as follows.

In section 127(2)(a)195 (transfer to Secretary of State of rights and remedies: preferential debts), for “the Companies Act 2006” substitute “the Companies Acts (as defined in section 2(1) of the Companies Act 2006)”.

In section 149(6) (procedure on investigation by Pensions Ombudsman: disclosure of information), omit paragraph (j).
