12.—(1) The Harbours Act 1964 is amended as follows.
(2) In section 14(4A) M1 (harbour revision orders: authorities within same group)—
(a)for “the Companies Act 1985” substitute “ the Companies Acts (see section 1159 of the Companies Act 2006) ”, and
(b)for “that Act” substitute “ that section ”.
(3) In section 57(1) (interpretation), in the definition of “marine work”M2 for “section 736 of the Companies Act 1985” substitute “ section 1159 of the Companies Act 2006 ”.
