Citation commencement, extent and revocation

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Ministry of Defence Police (Committee) Regulations 2009 and shall come into force on 28th July 2009.
(2) The Ministry of Defence Police (Police Committee) Regulations 1995(1) are revoked.
