Amendment of the Education (National Curriculum) (Key Stage 3 Assessment Arrangements) (England) Order 2003
3.—(1) The Education (National Curriculum) (Key Stage 3 Assessment Arrangements) (England) Order 2003(1) is amended as follows.
(2) Renumber article 12 (supplementary powers of the Secretary of State) as paragraph (1) of that article.
(3) In article 12, at the end insert—
“(2) Any provisions made under this article are to be published by the Authority.”.
