Coming into force
The Secretary of State for Transport makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 40(1), (2) and (6) and 41(2) of the Disability Discrimination Act 19951.
In accordance with section 40(7) of that Act he has consulted the Disabled Persons Transport Advisory Committee and such other representative organisations as he thinks fit.
