263.  In paragraph 15(4) of Schedule 13 to the Government of Wales Act 1998(1) (Welsh Development Agency: Land Provisions)—

(a) for “Lands Tribunal” substitute “Upper Tribunal”; and

(b) for “sections 2 and 4” substitute “section 4”.
