47.—(1) Article 12 of the Aircraft and Shipbuilding Industries (Northern Ireland) Order 1979(1) (accounts and reports of principal companies) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (1)—
(a)in sub-paragraph (a), for “Article 246 of the Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1986” substitute “section 423 of the Companies Act 2006”;
(b)in sub-paragraph (b), for “Article 249 of that Order” substitute “section 437 of that Act”.
(3) In paragraph (2), in the closing words, for “the Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1986” substitute “the Companies Act 2006”.
Article 12(1) was substituted by the Companies Act 2006 (Commencement No. 3, Consequential Amendments, Transitional Provisions and Savings) Order 2007 (S.I. 2007/2194 (C. 84)), Schedule 4, paragraph 34; Article 12(2) has been amended by the Companies Consolidation (Consequential Provisions) (Northern Ireland) Order 1986 (S.I. 1986/1035 (N.I. 9)), Schedule 1.
