PART 1 AMENDMENTS ABOUT ELIGIBILITY FOR APPOINTMENT AS AUDITOR AND RELATED MATTERS

Charities Act 1993 (c.10)

17.  For section 43(2)(a) of the Charities Act 1993(1) (audit of charity accounts) substitute—

“(a) is eligible for appointment as a statutory auditor under Part 42 of the Companies Act 2006;”.
