Dartford-Thurrock Crossing Act 1988 (c.20)

152.  In section 33(2) of the Dartford-Thurrock Crossing Act 1988(1) (accounts of person appointed to levy tolls), for “Part VII of the Companies Act 1985” substitute “Part 15 of the Companies Act 2006”.
