In Schedule 10A to the Building Societies Act 1986145 (emoluments of and dealings with directors and other officers), in paragraph 1(2), in the definition of “shares”, for “section 188(1) of the Companies Act 1985” substitute “section 779(1) of the Companies Act 2006”.
