Commencement: data matching16
The following provisions of the 2007 Act shall come into force on 6th April 2008—
a
section 73 together with Schedule 7 (to the extent not already in force) (data matching);
b
section 91(1) (transitional and transitory provisions and savings) in so far as it relates to the provision in sub-paragraph (c); and
c
paragraph 9 of Schedule 13 (transitional and transitory provisions and savings).
