Commencement on 1st April 20082.

The following provisions of the Serious and Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 shall come into force on 1st April 2008—

Section 163 (2);

(b)

Section 164 (1), (2) and (3);

(c)

Section 165 (1) (a) and (b);

(d)

Section 174 (2);

(e)

Schedule 14 paragraphs 2, 3 (a) and (b);

(f)

Schedule 17 Part 2 where it applies to the Police Act 19972.
