2. In this Order—
“the Act” means the Communications Act 2003;
“the Company” means the company which is incorporated in England and Wales with registered number 05267418 and which, at the date on which this Order is made, is called Inuk Networks Limited;
“associate” means, in relation to the Company, any subsidiary undertaking or parent undertaking of the Company or any subsidiary undertaking of such parent undertaking from time to time;
“parent undertaking” and “subsidiary undertaking” have the meaning given to them by section 1162, together with Schedule 7, of the Companies Act 2006(1).
