This Order may be cited as the Agriculture and Horticulture Development Board Order 2008.

Articles 1, 2, 3(1) and (2), 4, 5, 8, 9 and 10, Schedule 2 and paragraphs 1 to 5 of Schedule 5 (and article 18 so far as relating to those paragraphs) come into force the day after this Order is made.

The remainder of the Order comes into force on 1st April 2008.

Except as provided by paragraph (5), this Order extends to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Any amendment, repeal or revocation made by this Order has the same extent as the provision to which it relates.
