In accordance with section 18(4) of that Act he has consulted with such persons as appear to him to be requisite. Citation and Commencement 1 This Order may be cited as the Safety of Sports Grounds (Designation) Order 2008 and shall come into force on 5th February 2008. Designation 2 The sports grounds specified in the Schedule which, in the opinion of the Secretary of State, have accommodation for more than 10,000 spectators are designated as sports grounds requiring a safety certificate under the Safety of Sports Grounds Act 1975. Amendment to the Safety of Sports Grounds (Rugby Football Grounds) (Designation) Order 1985 3 In the Schedule to the Safety of Sports Grounds (Rugby Football Grounds) (Designation) Order 1985, the entry in respect of The Boulevard shall be omitted.
