1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007 (Commencement No.4) Order 2008.
(2) In this Order, unless otherwise specified, references to sections and Schedules are references to sections and Schedules of the Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007.
