The provisions of—

a

Part 9 (hearing and appeals) of, and Schedule 13 (the Financial Services and Markets Tribunal) to, FSMA 20005; and

b

the Financial Services and Markets Tribunal Rules 20016;

shall apply in respect of any reference made under paragraph 12, subject to the modifications set out in this Part.
