1. In section 948 (restrictions on disclosure)—
(a)omit subsections (4) and (5);
(b)in subsection (7) after paragraph (a) insert—
“(aa)the Financial Supervision Commission of the Isle of Man;”; and
(c)in subsection (9) for “the Data Protection Act 1998 (c 29)” substitute “the Data Protection Act 2002 (an Act of Tynwald: c 2)”.
