The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1(2) and 105 of the Local Government Act 2000(1), makes the following Order:

2000 c.22. Section 1 of the Local Government Act 2000 applies in relation to parish councils in England only: see section 1(1)(a). Section 1(2) was inserted by section 77 of the Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007 (c.28).
