18th February 2008 is the day appointed for the coming into force of the following provisions of the Countryside and Rights of Way Act 2000—
(a)
section 51 (which gives effect to Schedule 5) in so far as it gives effect to the provision referred to in sub-paragraph (b); and
(b)
paragraph 2 of Part 1 of Schedule 5, to the extent that it inserts section 53A into the Wildlife and Countryside Act 19812.
