1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Criminal Defence Service (Funding) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2008 and comes into force on 13th November 2008.
(2) This Order applies where work is undertaken on or after 13th November 2008 by an advocate to whom paragraph 25 of Schedule 2 to the Criminal Defence Service (Funding) Order 2007(1) applies.
