Coming into force
The Secretary of State for Innovation, Universities and Skills makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 216(1) of the Education Reform Act 19881:
Citation and commencement1

This Order may be cited as the Education (Recognised Bodies) (England) (Amendment) Order 2008 and comes into force on 21 November 2008.
Amendment of the Education (Recognised Bodies) (England) Order 2007

The Education (Recognised Bodies) (England) Order 20072 is amended as follows—
