Schedule 4 (relevant tribunals for the purposes of section 5(7)) is amended as follows.

Omit the entries relating to —
a
the Care Standards Tribunal constituted under section 9 of the Protection of Children Act 1999; and
b
the Special Educational Needs and Disability Tribunal constituted under section 333 of the Education Act 1996.

In the entry relating to the Mental Health Review Tribunals, for “Tribunals” substitute “Tribunal for Wales”.
