15.  In section 6C (appeals from Commissioner)—

(a) in subsections (1) to (4) for “a Commissioner” substitute “a Northern Ireland Social Security Commissioner”; and

(b) in subsection (3)(a) for “the Tribunal” substitute “the tribunal concerned”.
