1. The War Pensions (Administrative Provisions) Act 1919(1) is amended as follows.

1919 c.53 Section 8(1) was amended by Part 3 of the Statute Laws (Repeals) Act 1986 (c.12), section 8(2) of the War Pensions Act 1920 (c.23), and paragraph 10 of Schedule 26 to the Civil Partnership Act 2004 (c.33).
