9.—(1) The Council Tax Benefit (State Pension Credit) Regulations are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 53(1ZA)(1) (time and manner in which claims are to be made), for “twelve months” substitute “three months”.
(3) Regulation 53(13)(2) is omitted.
