9. The Pensions Appeals Tribunals (Posthumous Appeals) Order 1980(1) is amended as follows.

S.I. 1980/1082. In article 1 the definition of “Commissioner” was inserted by article 2 of the Pensions Appeals Tribunals (Posthumous Appeals) Amendment Order 2005 (S.I. 2005/245). Article 4(1) and (2) and (6) were amended by articles 5, 6(a) and (b), and 9(a) and (b) of the 2005 Order. Article 5A was inserted by article 8 of the 2005 Order.
